SPD Investigating after DVD Players, Laptop Stolen

Police make two arrests after a witness sees a couple of men rummaging through cars in southwest Salina.

Computers are removed from an unlocked vehicle.

Salina Police are investigating a burglary and theft case after someone stole a computer and 2 DVD players from a 2013 Ford Explorer that was parked in the 700 block of Neal.

Police say someone entered the SUV sometime between 8pm Tuesday evening and noon on Wednesday.

The HP laptop and 2 portable DVD players are valued at $1,200.

Yes sir the crime wave continues while the police department puts on extra people to catch drunks. There is absolutly no leadership at the police station or in the city of Salina.
