Salina Police are investigating after a counterfeit bill showed up in a restaurant’s cash drawer. Police say staff at the Heart of Dixie, 109 N. Sante Fe, found a fake $10 bill in their deposit from Tuesday’s business.

A Salina woman was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly using a man’s Kansas Benefit Vision card without his permission. Police arrested 46-year-old Bobbi Lynne Rowles on 8 counts of criminal use of a financial card. The woman used the card several times at Dillons on W. Crawford and Food Mart on W. Crawford. Police say Rowles and the 50-year-old victim are acquainted.
