On Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at about 3:30 a.m., Officers of the Salina Police Department were sent to the 700 block of N. 9th, Salina, Kansas, in reference to gunshots.

Contact was made with a witness who reported seeing a white, unknown make, passenger car driving in the area. The witness then observed a suspect shooting a firearm out the passenger side of the vehicle. Three bullet holes were then located in the side of an apartment located at 715 N. 9th, Salina, Kansas.
