A Salina man is facing rape and kidnapping charges after his arrest on Friday.

Salina Police arrested 20-year-old Atzin Hernandez after a female in her teens contacted authorities.

Police allege that back on July 30th, Hernandez held the victim against her will and raped her while the two were at a party in an east Salina home.

Police say the two were acquaintances.
