Salina Police are investigating a theft from Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, 230 E. Cloud. Staff told officers this week they believe someone has been taking cash from the collection box since July of 2014. Loss is estimated at $2,000.

A boyfriend cracks a windshield. Police are looking for a known  suspect after a 22-year-old female told officers she had a disagreement with her boyfriend while the two were in her 2000 Ford Escape. The suspect left the scene after he allegedly kicked the windshield and cracked the glass early Friday morning causing $500 damage.

An unattended cell phone is stolen from a grocery cart. Police say a Salina woman’s Apple iPhone 6 was taken from her cart Thursday afternoon after she left it unattended at Dillon’s Grocery Store on W. Crawford. Total loss is $750.
