KSU Police Investigating Animal Cruelty Case

The Kansas State University Police Department is investigating an animal cruelty case.

According to the agency, officers were called on Sunday to a report of a deceased cow at the Purebred Beef Unit. Further investigation found the deceased cow had been shot.

Anyone with information regarding this crime are encouraged to contact the K-State Police Department at 785-532-6412. Tips can also be submiktted through the Live Safe Smartphone App or through the silent witness website at www.ksu.edu/police/silent.
