A UTV is stolen from a Salina car lot.

According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, someone stole a Kawasaki Mule UTV from Womack Sunshine Motors, 632 S. Ohio, over the weekend.

Police say thieves cut a cable and chain and drove the mule off the lot sometime between Saturday at 5pm and Monday morning around 10am.

The building was not entered, but police report there was a key to the vehicle missing from inside.

Total loss and damage is estimated at $9,000.
