Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary.

According to Captain Mike Sweeney, officers were sent to a home in the 100 block of E. Beloit after someone entered the house and removed numerous pieces of jewelry.

Police say sometime between November 20th and December 19th, someone stole three gold rings, a pair of hoop earrings and two sets of gold bracelets from a purse. There was no sign of forced entry found.

Total loss is listed at $500.
