Hunters hitting the field this Saturday morning can fill up with pancakes and hot coffee at a benefit breakfast. Salina Boy Scout Troop 7 is planning an opening day pancake feed.
The event will be from 6 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon at the VFW at 1108 West Crawford in Salina.
The menu consists of all you can eat pancakes, one sausage patty, and coffee, tea, or water. Cost is $6 at the door for adults, $4 for children 12 and under.
Soldiers, police, and firefighters in uniform eat for free.
Raffle tickets will be available for Gypsum Valley Outdoor Sports. One ticket for $1 or six tickets for $5. The drawing to be held the day of the pancake feed.
All proceeds will support activities for Salina Boy Scout Troop 7.
