Five Arrests From New Most Wanted List

Nearly a half dozen people on the May list of Salina’s Most Wanted are caught.

The latest list of Salina’s Most Wanted went on-line Saturday. Since then, five have been arrested.

Those arrested include Adam Humphrey, Aaron Grant, Michael Hightower, Jaree Johnson, and Phoenix Stone.

They were wanted for crimes that include felony drug crimes, battery on a law enforcement officer, felony theft, forgery, vehicle burglary,

Since the Most Wanted program began back in July of 2000, thanks to tips from the public, 2,029 criminals have been caught, and 285 crime stoppers rewards have been given out.

The most wanted program was founded through the cooperation of the Salina Police Department, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, the Salina Journal, and Newsradio 1150 KSAL.
