A flat screen television is stolen from a home.

Salina Police are investigating after someone entered a home in the 1400 block of Ponca.

The homeowner told police that she was out of the house from 1am until about 2:45am and returned to find a side door open on the home – and her 46-inch Sony flat screen TV gone.

Police say there was no sign of forced entry, and the woman’s 11-year-old daughter who was home asleep at the time was not awakened.

Total loss is listed at $700.
