Sod Cutter Stolen

Police make an arrest after a property owner finds his chain link fence sold for scrap.

An inventory check reveals a missing item at a Salina business.

According to Lt. Scott Siemsen, staff at Foley Equipment, 529 N. Broadway, contacted police after an inventory showed a Bluebird sod cutter had been stolen.

Police say someone removed the cutter sometime between Tuesday afternoon at 3pm and Wednesday morning at 8:30am.

Total loss is listed at $1,600.
