Small plane crash lands in N. Kansas

No injuries were reported after a single-engine plane crash landed shortly after takeoff in northern Kansas.

The Kansas Highway Patrol says the aircraft had just taken off from Blosser Municipal Airport in Concordia on Saturday morning when it stalled and crashed while making an emergency landing. The plan missed the runway by less than a mile.

The Salina Journal reports the pilot and passenger were the only people on board and both were uninjured.
