Several large jackpots this weekend are prompting some lottery players to dream big.
According to the Kansas Lottery, the Powerball jackpot stands at an estimated $317 million for Saturday after no ticket matched all numbers in last night’s drawing.
The largest-ever Powerball jackpot was $587.5 million, which was split between players in Arizona and Missouri in November 2012. A Kansas player won a third of the record $656 million Mega Millions jackpot in March 2012.
Super Kansas Cash, a Kansas-only game, has also rolled. The jackpot for Saturday is an estimated $980,000.
Two tickets, one sold in northeast Kansas and the other in south central Kansas, matched the first five numbers last night and are worth $2,000 each. The winning numbers are 3-6-9-11-13 Cashball 11.
