A child that went missing Thursday night was found unresponsive in a creek early Friday morning.
According to the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office, Thursday night at 8:45 deputies were dispatched to 2197 290 RD, in rural Mitchell County for a missing 2-year-old boy. Many different counties, cities, first responders, and volunteers, responded to help in a search.
At approximately 1:38 a.m Friday the childĀ was located unresponsive in a water filled creek located near the residence.
