A man is released from jail without charges after 72 hours following the death of his girlfriend at Lake Afton.

The 66-year-old suspect was initially booked on May 9th for first-degree murder and aggravated battery, but criminal charges were not immediately filed because the final autopsy and toxicology reports are pending.

The man called 911 on May 8th to report that his girlfriend, 55-year-old Dorothy Finley, was dead inside a camper at the Lake Afton Campgrounds.
