From measuring the Ogallala Aquifer to looking at keeping drinking water clean in eastern Kansas, State Senator Kenny Titus is on a two-year quest to develop a long-term template for water sustainability.
Titus joined in on the KSAL Morning News Extra with a look at the Water Task Force objectives Governor Kelly outlined earlier this year and says the job is about ensuring accountability in city, towns and country side.
