The Kansas Humane Society is looking for a new leader.

The organization announced yesterday that Chief Executive Officer Aaron Walker has resigned.

No reason for Walker’s departure was given.

The board of directors have appointed Chief Financial Officer Michelle Lee as interim CEO.
