Salina Police are looking for a known suspect in a domestic battery case after a woman was choked.

According to Captain Chris Trocheck, a 21-year-old female told officers her estranged boyfriend grabbed her by the throat as they sat in her vehicle in the 1900 block of N. 9th, arguing early Friday morning at about 12:30am.

Police say she had red marks and scratches on her throat and bruises on her arm.

No arrest has been made.
