UPDATE: Suspicious McPherson Death

An 18-month-old boy Wichita boy died after he was accidentally run over a pickup truck while being dropped off at a home.

McPherson police say they have found a vehicle connected to a suspicious death in the town.

Police say two people discovered the body of a white male between 20 and 30 years old Thursday outside a storage shed in a central Kansas town.

The department did not say where the 2010 Ford Focus was found, or how it was connected to the death.

The case is an active investigation but police have not yet classified the death as a homicide.

ORIGINAL: Police are looking for a car and clues after a man was found dead outside a storage shed in a central Kansas town.

Two people discovered the body in McPherson around 7:30 a.m. Thursday. The body is described as that of a white male in his 20s.

Police have not said how the man died but consider the death suspicious. The body was found along a busy street just a few blocks from the McPherson Law Enforcement Center.

McPherson police are searching for a 2010 charcoal-gray Ford Focus with the Kansas plate 938-CAN. Investigators did not say why they were looking for the car.
