Taste of Home is October 20th

Culinary Specialist Guy Klinzing is coming to Salina to share his cooking secrets that will spice up your next party or holiday table.

Klinzing joined in on the KSAL Morning News Thursday with a preview of his show that will heat up Heritage Hall.

“As home cooks we all get into a rut, I make thousands of recipes a year and sometimes on a Saturday night I’m like ‘what am I going to make for dinner tonight,'” he said.

“We’re all looking for ideas to kind of pump up our own menus at home as well and so the cooking school is a great way to do that.”

Klinzing added he loves to sing in the kitchen while he cooks drawing from some of his favorite artists like Elvis, Neil Diamond and Garth Brooks.

“I try to mix it up a little bit and have a lot of fun!”
