A stolen Dodge Grand Caravan is returned to its owner, El Dorado National Company, after it was stolen from the fenced-in parking lot early on August 21.

The fence was cut by the perpetrators to allow the van to drive out, and the keys were stolen from inside a transport center building in a plastic bag that contained other keys.

The van was spotted in the 1100 block of N. 9th St. by an officer on patrol. James Lorence of Salina, 31, was arrested for possession of stolen property.
