Salina police are investigating an aggravated battery in the Chapel Ridge Apartments. A resident in the apartments had two acquaintances over, when they began to beat him.

One was wearing a set of brass knuckles, and beat the victim in the back of his head, giving him five lacerations about two inches in length to the back of the head, and some to his forehead.

Police are now trying to locate the two known suspects. The victim declined medical attention.
