Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary. Police say someone entered a home in the 1300 block of Pawnee sometime Wednesday between 7:30am and 5:30pm and removed $577 worth of prescription drugs from inside. Police say there was no sign of forced entry.

A cell phone and wallet were stolen from a vehicle parked at a Salina convenience store. Police say someone entered an unlocked car parked at the Valero Convenience Store at 848 N. Broadway and stole a wallet with a $100 cash ticket, driver license and credit card. The thief also took a Casio cell phone from the car during a time frame that stretches from August 9th at 9:30pm to August 10th at 3pm. Total loss is listed at $220.
