Workers for AT&T responding to an outage call discovered vandalism and contacted police. Sometime between April 5th at 10pm and April 6th at 4:28 AM an AT&T power switch located at the corner of Crawford and Cherokee was damaged. Total loss and damage is estimated at $1,000.
On April 2nd between noon and 9:30pm items were stolen from inside a car parked in the parking lot of the Salina Walmart at 2900 S. 9th. Missing items include $700 in cash, a Chromebook computer, and 15 Hydrocodone pills. Total loss is estimate at $900.
