Salina Police are investigating after stereo equipment was stolen from two pickups parked at a business. Police report no damage to neither 1991 and 1998 Chevy pickups that were parked at Rhino Linings, 1326 State Street. Police say someone removed an Alpine receiver and amp plus 3 subwoofers from the trucks. Total loss is listed at $1,500.

A TV is stolen in a home burglary. Police say someone forced open a front door on an apartment in the 2100 block of E. Crawford sometime Friday between 5am and 6pm and removed a 42-inch flatscreen television. Loss and damage is estimated at $550.
