A man with an outstanding warrant is charged with a flee and elude while he was driving a moped.

Cody Maxwell, 30 of Salina, was driving westbound on Crawford when police recognized him for an outstanding warrant. When authorities began to attempt to stop him, he refused to yield.

The “chase” lasted from the 1500 block of Crawford to the 600 block of Jameson where Maxwell was arrested.
