Salina Police are investigating an assault after a Marion man had his jaw broken in the parking lot at a bar.

Police say 44-year-old Daniel Bailey was treated at Salina Regional Health Center after someone punched him in the mouth as he exited Big Nose Kate’s, 117 N. Santa Fe after 2am on November 26.

Police say Bailey has not been able to identify who hit him.
