Police arrest a Salina man on a rape charge after the parents of a girl in her early teens found him in their residence.

Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that 18-year-old William J. Graves has been charged with criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child after an incident in a south Salina home.

Police say Graves was inside the residence sometime between 11:59pm on August 19th and 10:45am Saturday with the teen.

Authorities say the two are acquaintances.
