A woman has been sentenced to prison for sex crimes with a child.

A Harvey County judge sentenced 32-year-old Gabriaella Akin to life in prison without the possibility for parole for 50 years for aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

The crimes involved a victim younger than 14 years old.
