A Stage Two drought restriction is continuing for the city of Wichita.

Cheney Reservoir is currently more than 97 percent full, but the lake’s current 12-month average water level is unchanged from May at 60-point-one percent.

According to the National Weather Service, Wichita experienced its third rainiest June since records began in 1889.
