A man is dead after a train collided with an SUV in northeast Kansas.

Emergency crews were called to a private driveway near Delia, Kansas, on Wednesday after a train struck a vehicle. Authorities say 51-year-old Adam Foster had stopped his vehicle on a set of railroad tracks before being struck.

Foster died at the scene, and the incident is under investigation.
