William Udell “Bill” Bunting, 68, of Salina, KS, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026. He was born on August 20, 1957, in Gainesville, TX, to William J.L. and Frances (Rains) Bunting.
Bill grew up in Thackerville, OK, before moving to Salina, where he graduated from Salina South High School. He was a life-long over the road truck driver, most recently driving for Transervice Logistics of Salina. Bill loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed camping, playing softball, visiting any casino, and most recently 3D printing. He also enjoyed spending time at Shiloh Ranch Ministries.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Audrey Davis-Bunting; children, Amy Bunting, Chris Bunting (Amy), and Amanda Davis (Monte); siblings, Belinda Rock (Steve), Steve Bunting, Jeff Bunting, Misty Hernandez (Cruz), Keenan Bunting, and Nathan Bunting (Sharon); grandchildren, Kylie Bunting and Tyshawn Johns, Dustin Bunting (Tori) and MaKayla Bunting, and Kachina, Melissa, Keegan, and Sadie Harrington; great-grandchildren, Jackson Welch, Maddox Marohl, Malakai Kelley, and Koa, Damien, and Lilith Harrington; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Melissa Dawn Davis; and brother, Jim Bunting.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, at Ryan Mortuary, 137 N 8th St, Salina, family receiving friends from 6-8. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. at CrossRoads Church, 1125 W South St, Salina, with burial to follow at Gypsum Hill Cemetery, Salina.
