William “Billy” Joseph Frybarger, age 58, passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at his home in Concordia, KS. He was born on September 10, 1967 in Concordia, KS to William & Betty (Slater) Frybarger.
Billy attended Concordia schools. He married June White on July 6, 2012 in Concordia. She preceded him on January 19, 2017. Billy worked for Hale Trash Service until health issues forced him to retire.
Billy is survived by his brothers, Robert Frybarger (Juanita), Norfolk, VA & Donald Frybarger (Lyndal). Belleville, KS; brother-in-law, Raymond Mendenhall, Concordia, KS; nieces, nephews & a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, June, his parents and sisters, Betty Myers, Claudia Frybarger & Bersita Mendenhall.
Cremation was selected and Memorial graveside services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, August 8, 2026 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Pastor Earl Hale officiating.
