Toni Diane Pedersen, 71, died peacefully at home on May 5, 2022. She was born in Herington, Kansas to Donald Rex and Juanita Belle (Atkinson) Dunkel. She married Randall Lynn Pedersen on July 26, 1970 in Salina. Toni graduated from Salina High School in 1968.

She is survived by husband Randy of the home, siblings, Rex Dunkel (Shirley) , Kelly Dunkel (Cida), Abbe Weldman, Jill Aranda (Oscar), and Monte Dunkel (Lori); brother in-law, Melvin Pedersen Jr. (Georgia), and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law Melvin Pedersen Sr.

Toni was employed by the City of Salina for 43 years retiring in 2015. Owners of R&R Enterprises and RanTon Specialties, Toni and Randy enjoyed many years working side by side. Toni loved motorcycling, boating, and her classic cars. She loved her immediate and extended families and was always there with her kind heart and beautiful smile. Toni will be greatly missed by family, friends and so many others whose lives she touched with her unending love.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 12 at Ryan Mortuary from 4-8 p.m. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 13, 2022 at Roselawn Memorial Park.
