Rosella Marie Windsor, 59, of Salina, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019. She was born October 23, 1959 in Salina, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Brampton Hogan.

Survivors include her mother, Delsie (Anderson) Hogan; children, Alex Windsor of Richton, Mississippi; Addie Crenshaw of Salina; 6 grandchildren; sister, Susan Haynes of Salina; brother Patrick Hogan of Salina.
