Wayne Crowder was born on Sept. 2nd, 1969 in Alexandria, VA. He passed away at the age of 52 at his home in Salina, KS, on March 17th, 2022.

Wayne was raised by his loving Grandma Grace I. Crowder (Igo).

Wayne attended school at Oakdale; Worth Jr. High, and Central High. He later attended Vo Tech in Salina twice, for Carpentry Nov. 1994-April 1995 and Machine Shop in 2003. He worked at Beech/Raytheon and C&L Seal Storage. He also worked with his father Clinton Crowder on roofs, and he was self employed.

Wayne was happiest when he was working on his race car “#41” and racing at Salina Speedway. He enjoyed Fishing and his music.

Wayne is survived by Brother Jeff E. Crowder, sister Ashley K. Hagen, uncle Melvin Crowder, aunts Jennifer Crowder Kerr and Brenda Crowder, nephews and a niece, and many cousins.

Wayne was preceded in death by his father Clinton Crowder, mother Brenda Howard Crowder, grandma Grace Crowder Igo, uncle Orville “Bouncer” Crowder, and his cat “Roscoe”.

Memorials can be made to Ashley Hagen who is covering all expenses.

A Celebration of Life will be held April 9th, 2022, from 2-4pm at the VFW 1108 W. Crawford Salina, Ks
