Marilyn Gayle Fee, 81, passed May 30, 2020. She was born March 14, 1939 west of Alva, OK, to Everett and Stella Murrow. She was the youngest of four children.

She attended Northwestern University in Alva, OK, and received her master’s degree from the University of Illinois. She became a teacher in 1960, retiring in 1998. Her last 29 years of teaching were at Ell-Salina High School, Brookville, KS.

She married Thomas W. Fee on August 18, 1960. The had one child, Gailyn Sue. Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leon Murrow and sister, LaJune Ledesma.

She is survived by her husband, Tom; daughter, Gailyn Williams (Badger); three grandchildren, Jessica Dworshak (Chris Dowdy), Bryce Dworshak (Haley Dworshak); Lindsey Dworshak (Adam Flinn); and a brother, Wayne Lee Murrow.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, June 5, 2020 at the Ryan Mortuary, Salina. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home. Patrons are encouraged to wear masks and social distances protocols will be observed.
