Lynnette G. (Larkins) Caldwell, 77, completed her earthly journey on July 19, 2026. She was born on March 29, 1949 to Willard and Wilma Larkins.
Lynn spent her early childhood in Agenda, KS before moving to Concordia, KS. She had an ideal childhood climbing trees, riding horses and chasing her brother all over the family farm. She graduated from Concordia High School in 1967 and attended Kansas State University.
Lynn married Jay Caldwell and they welcomed two daughters, Katy and Summer. They were later divorced. She spent 40 years working in the office with Thomas E. Pickel CPA where she enjoyed working with their many clients. She retired in 2020.
Her most cherished role in life was that of being a mother and a Nana. Her love knew no bounds. She loved her many adventures shared with her daughters, digging in the dirt and watching beautiful flowers grow and every precious moment spent with her granddaughters.
Her quick wit, love for a clever joke and her joyful laugh brightened every space. Her compassion and warmth made everyone feel safe in her presence and her resilience inspired everyone fortunate to know her. She embodied strength, determination and unwavering love.
She was preceded in death by her parents Willard and Wilma Larkins and her brother, David.
She is survived by her daughters Katy Caldwell and Summer St. Louis (Spencer) St. Marys, KS, her most treasured granddaughters Larkin and Greer St. Louis, niece Crishna Vossman (Matt) and her many cherished friends, neighbors and family.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered and forever cherished.
Lynn’s Celebration of Life: Saturday, July 25th at the Salina Country Club at noon. Mom would prefer casual and comfortable attire.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or St. Marys Jr/Sr High School Band Program in St. Marys, Kansas in care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
