Julia “Huly” Louise Fisher

Julia “Huly” Louise Fisher went to the healing arms of her creator on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 after a valiant battle with cancer. She was a woman of faith, a kind soul who saw the good in others, and was quick to forgive any wrongdoing. She was full of energy and loved life.
Throughout her life she traveled and enjoyed meeting people. She was a restaurant manager for Silverado in Tucson, AZ. Most importantly she loved family and welcomed others into her family. For 10 years she put aside her own needs so that she could care for her ailing mother until she too passed away.

She leaves a loving son, Dustin (Annel) Fisher, granddaughter Elise, a beloved partner Jackson Weishaupl, his children, and grandchildren. She also leaves behind her childhood companions, playmates, and best friends-her 7 siblings-Chris (Richard) Baker, Theresa (Carson) Ross, Susan (Joe) Fortune, Ann (David) Hutson, Jim Fisher, John (Vicky) Fisher, and Richard (Edith) Fisher. She was a beloved aunt and great aunt to several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in this life by her mother, Julia Marie Sims, her father Jack Glen Fisher, brothers-Daniel Fisher, Steve Fisher, Mark Fisher, and sister Mary Cuypers. We were blessed to have her in our lives, she will be greatly missed!

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Sacred Heart Cathedral, in care of Ryan Mortuary.
