Jolene Marie Terry, 83, passed away on September 13, 2023 at 6:42 PM at The Cedars in McPherson, KS.

Jolene was born on May 16, 1940 in Clyde, KS to parents Hallie Stoll and Mary Ellen McDonough Garwood.

Jolene was a member of Native Daughters of Kansas and the VFW Aux. Jolene was an avid bowler for many years. She bowled in the Women’s State Bowling tournaments for many years and has won the Women’s Double State Bowling tournament. She was inducted into the Salina Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 2000. Jolene enjoyed spending time with her grand children and great grand children.

Preceded in death by Mary Ellen Garwood (Mother), Hallie Garwood (Father), Clayton Terry (Spouse), Linda Terry (Daughter), Harry “Jim” Garwood (Brother), Janice Wood (Sister)

Jolene is survived by; Children Michael Terry and spouse Carla of McPherson, KS, Brian Terry of Hutchinson, KS, Lori Massengale and spouse Bryant of Knob Noster, MO; Nine (9) grandchildren and sixteen (16) great grandchildren.

Friends and family will be received Monday, September 18, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Roselawn Memorial Heights Chapel, 1920 E. Crawford Salina, KS 67401. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2023, 10:00 AM at Roselawn Memorial Heights Chapel in Salina, KS, with Rev. Dr. Gideon Achi officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Clyde, KS. Memorials may be made to The Orphan Train Museum in Concordia, KS.
