Jerry Otto Loutzenhiser

Jerry Otto Loutzenhiser 92, of Lenexa, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021.  He was born April 30, 1929, in Enid, Oklahoma.

 

Jerry was an evangelist who shared the gospel of Jesus with others here in the States as well as in many foreign mission fields; he was supported in this work by the College church of Christ in Searcy, Arkansas for 42 years.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Lorena (Fuller) Loutzenhiser; wife, Patricia (Downey) Loutzenhiser; daughter, Laura Reppart; granddaughter, Tambi Fields.

 

Survivors include his children, Linda Jackson (Dave) of Kodiak, Alaska, David Loutzenhiser (Tonni) of Longmont, Colorado, Pamella Sorenson (Chris) of Woodinville, Washington, Paula Boyle (Gary) of Shawnee, Kansas, Stephen Loutzenhiser (Donna) of Molalla, Oregon;

grandchildren, Ronald Jackson, Paula Jackson; Rebekah (Reppart) Brown, Rachel (Reppart) Barnacle, James Reppart; Nigel Loutzenhiser, Alexis Loutzenhiser; Amber (Jackson) Kral, Shiloh Jackson; Erica (Boyle) Keesling, Franklin Adam Boyle, Meghan (Boyle) Salsbury, Michael Boyle; Lauren Loutzenhiser, Stephen Luke Loutzenhiser; and 20 great grandchildren.

 

 

 

Visitation will be 10:00 am, and Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am, Friday, September 10, 2021, at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.
