Elijah Emmanuel Bess-Green, 22, of El Paso, Texas, passed away October 18, 2025.  He was on born August 31, 2003, in Salina, Kansas, to Rene` “Lovell” Bess and Nicole Cardenas.

Survivors include his father, Rene` “Lovell” Bess, siblings, Ca’Mya Bess, Ma’Rya Bess and Jasiah Bess; paternal grandmother, Glenda Bess; maternal grandmother, Rachael Cardenas , great-grandparents, Andrea and Antonio Cardenas; maternal grandfather, Kenneth Green Jr and great grandmother, Sheila Little; paternal great grandmother, Joann Bess; uncles, Bryce Sund, Darryl Bowman, and Charles Parker; aunt, Mariah Parker; nieces, Kamilah, Kehlani, and Kaia Gonzalez.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Nicole Cardenas; maternal great-grandfather, Kenneth Green, Sr.; paternal grandma, Glenda Bess; paternal great-grandparents, Glen and Ethel Teach, and Earle Bess.

A private service will be planned at a later date.
