Charles “Chuck” Alfred Levin, 86, passed away on Tuesday, January 24th, at Salina Regional Hospital.

Chuck was born on January 24, 1937 in Salina, Ks. He graduated from Salina High School with the class of 1955 and attended KWU. In 1957, he was united in marriage to Karen Bell. They celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on December 22nd.

He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and May Anderson Levin and his three sisters, Mary Anne Edgington, Nancy Muir and Sally Gibson.

He is survived by his wife; son Douglas (Jan) and daughter Amanda (Bill); grandsons Justin and Matthew; great grandson Eli. Also, many nieces and nephews.

He worked many years at the Salina Journal and Consolidated Printing. In retirement he worked at O’Reilly’s.

Cremation is planned. At Chuck’s request there will be no service.

Memorials can be made in care of the family to Redeemer Lutheran Church or to a charity of their choice.
