Armelda Mae Crook

Armelda Mae Crook, better known as “Millie”, 82, died Oct. 18, 2019. She was born Oct 26, 1936 in Victoria, KS, the daughter of Michael and Clara (Braun) Korbe. “Millie” was a good friend and loved by many. She loved you through her cooking and loved fishing and her dogs. She married Harry Crook in June, 1969. He precedes her in death as do her parents and nine siblings.

She is survived by her seven children; Marvin (Desiree) Lepping, Salina, Robert (Nancy) Lepping, Jr., Salina, Eugene (Marilyn) Crook, Salina, Marsha Crook, Carthage, MO, Sharon (Wes) Wernecke, Salina, Mary Lepping Schmitt, Topeka, and Linda (Monte) Waller, Clarksville, TN. She has 21 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at the graveside in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 10:00 am. Memorial are suggested to the Salina Animal Shelter for rescue programs. For more information or to leave condolences go to www.ryanmortuary.com
