Local Cemetery Vandalized

Salina Police are investigating a damage to property case after someone vandalized items at the Gypsum Hill Cemetery.

Captain Paul Forrester tells KSAL News that sometime between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, someone entered the cemetery located at 2020 E. Iron and broke off four block post caps and also damaged a steel flower vase plus two aluminum flower vases.

Damage is estimated $355. There are no suspects at this time.
