A hearing is set in the domestic battery case against Kansas State Representative Aaron Coleman.

The 21-year-old Coleman appeared in Johnson County District Court yesterday via video conference. During the hearing, a judge issued a stay on the warrant in the case until a January 7th hearing.

Coleman was arrested and charged on October 30th with misdemeanor domestic battery in an alleged incident involving his brother.
