Kansas Governor Laura Kelly is responding to the latest round of severe weather to impact the state.

Kelly issued a state of disaster emergency yesterday morning following severe storms.

The verbal state of disaster emergency allows for state resources to help communities impacted by the severe storms that have moved through Kansas since Saturday.
