Kansas Governor Laura Kelly is calling the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s decision to not enforce a federal vaccine mandate on private businesses the “right decision.”

Kelly tweeted yesterday that it’s too late to impose a federal standard, and states have been leading the fight against COVID-19.

The governor previously announced that she opposed the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate for private companies.
