No injuries are reported after a gas leak led to a building explosion in downtown Hutchinson.

Firefighters responded to a natural gas leak at Steffen’s Auto Parts near Avenue E and Main Street on Saturday and witnessed the building explode after they arrived.

Evacuations were ordered as a precaution, and the incident is under investigation.
